Then the attack speed one and the critical hits one.
I would also put points in the movement tree for the dash and the stamina tree, as well as the crafting tree (to be able to craft arrows at the camp fire).
Then it depends on how you'll focus your build. If you use magic (or a magic bow), then put points in the general magic tree (to get more mana for the magic arrows). If you want to play stealth, got for the stealth tree.
if you use poison arrows, there is a status ailment tree.
Bow for obvious reasons. Stealth for sneak attack bonuses. Plus, there is a get out of death free perk there as well. Critical for big hits. Movement for the extra dash. Wouldn't hurt to do some hp and stam perks too.
Fyi, the zoom perk is broken atm. It breaks when you swap weapons. Saving and reloading fixes it until you swap again.
