New patch problems

After the latest patch the game keeps blackscreening me from time to time on loadings whether its entering / exiting buildings or even during cutscenes. Sometime reboot helps, sometimes (i tried entering abandoned house in Keeper's fortress three times now to no avail) it does not. Its just black screen BEFORE loading bar usually appears and then nothing. Only alt-f4 helps. NONE happened before the last patch.

It becomes worse. Couple oh hours ago it happened once or twice, now its almost every other loading.

I managed to get into abandoned house and now i got another black screen after the second weaver encounter. Thank you. Another F4. I checked game files. OK.

Updated drivers. Didnt help. Weaver - fine. Next blackscreeen just happened loading away from previous one - after pale lady dialogue. I even got achievement after speaking to her, but ... i also gor black screen again.
