I can't complete the quest Deer Mar Hunt, I run at night in that location, next to the ogre in the arena, but he is not there
it is suspicious that the altar of the deer father is nearby, are they connected to each other or not? and why when I try to complete the test of the deer father, 3 deer mar appear? it is difficult to manage to kill them all in a short time.
I succeeded once, but they did not count towards the quest for hunting, what should I do?

Don't go to the area and wait for it to become night, it will not spawn while you are there.
You need to be somewhere else, wait for it to become night, and then fast travel to that area while it's already night time and it should be there.

I don't know, the info you gave it a little vague, I can't think of what I've encountered in game that might be the situation you're describing. What items were they, who did you get them from?
