Great game, but dozens of quests are broken

At the end of the game I have literally 16 quests that are bugged and are permanently stuck in my quest list. Pretty terrible to release the game when many quests are so obviously broken...

Yeah a bunch of side-quests are busted. Missing markers, phases not triggering properly, npc's bugging out if you satisfy quest conditions before receiving the quest, etc. Even some of the ones that work could use some qol upgrades, like quest markers for ALL branching outcomes.
