3rd zone unplayable

So, I've been really enjoying the game, gave me the feeling I've not felt since Skyrim in 2011, in 2nd zone there were a few minor bugs with quests that were annoying but nothing game breaking, however, in 3rd zone you cant even complete the main story quest because 80% of all npcs either wont talk to you or quests dont update the progress. This has really ruined the game for me.
