New update consumes a lot more GPU?

After the update, my GPU fan is even louder than the game music.
So my question is, how to increase the volume of the game sound, I have maximize it to the most already....

i had terrible performance before i turned v sync off and put on unlimited frames now it runs more smoothly than before on ultra but as for GPU who knows it certainly is loud for fan.
