"Over my dead body" bug?

At the very end of the quest I need to return to Taranis. But he is not in his usual place and the quest marker does not point anywhere. Judging by the videos I found on the Internet, he should still be standing near the tomb of the harpists, but he is not there.
It's bug or...?

The last couple times I interacted with him he was standing almost directly under that rock with the harp on it.

I ran around all the surrounding lands but he was nowhere to be found. It's sad bcs i skip all the quests of the Alchemist faction

Hi, i have the same issue, Taranis is nowhere to be found. I maybe wrong but i think it got killed somehow because i found a tiny puddle where he's supposed to be containing one wyrd web thing in it. Anyway just like you guys i'm screwed !
