Possible fix for missing NPC.

So my Fearghas dissapeared at one point. I searched for a long time, but no sight of him.
I found this mods on Nexus for activating console

And it needs this one

This activated console where I used NoClip to search throught textures.
And while I was flying, he just appeared out of nowhere, working perfectly fine.
Maybe this mods fixes something. Or Fearghas reacted to me being out of bounds. Who knows.
Hope this helps someone as well.

P.S. With this mods G button makes me blink throught textures, so I recommed to delete it afterwards.
