I spent whatever the game cost when it went into Early Access but I'd easily pay $45 for the game. I recommended it to a friend at that price too. It's a fun game.

that is called early access phase, where most games are cheaper than after full release.

calling it a scam just shows that you have no idea about a common thing that has been around since early access existed.

here is a list of games that were cheaper before 1.0:
Minecraft, DayZ, Kerbal Space Program, Kenshi, 7 days to die, Rust, Subnatuica, Dead Cells, Raft, Grounded, Prison Architect.
