Anybody having issues loading up game?

When I try to load game the first time it has a white pop-up with a skull saying something unity something with some letters and numbers. Second time it'll just stay loading. After I manually stop the game from launching, it'll launch on the third try. Happens every time.

Also during the game it'll randomly disconnect from my monitor. I can still hear the game but the monitor shuts off. This may be a monitor issue though not sure. As it's happened in another game I play also. But it only happens for those two games.

My gpu temps seem to be fine, around 80. I'm running a 3090 with a Dell 32 inch monitor with G-sync and HDR.
