Money Maker
I came up with this while trying a different money maker. Let me know what you think :)

My suggestion is loot everything and stash it…sell nothing until the end of Act 1. Before going to the next Act, do a full respec putting all attributes into Practicality. For each point in Practicality, the price for goods increases by 10%. You should be around LVL 20ish equaling +200% Price of sold goods in attributes alone. Also max out the Crafting and Trading skills.

LVL 20= +200% price for goods
Crafting and Trading = +80%
Total= 280% price for goods

Additionally, craft all you can in terms of Alchemy/Cooking/Handcrafting etc to level those stats and sell the stuff you won’t use.

Afterwards go back to your desired spec. Admittedly I discovered this about 1/2 through Act 1. The biggest cost of doing this is patience and Origin Potions. Of course save prior to doing this.

I entered Act 2 with $110k…

Good to know. Thank you.
I didn't realise that lvl affects the prices.

It doesn't but it gives you 20 points to add to practicality stat. and 20 to the prac skills.
There's a guide that says to use the cheese spell to turn summons into cheese then cook the 3x cheese dish for infinite money. You could combine your respec tactic with this for huge profit.

I've seen a number of threads pop up suggesting that vendor buyback menus never clear out of crafted items, so players have tanked their performance by overloading the vendors with sold items.

Yes, it happened to me
As I was selling a lot of foods to vendor, the performance was so laggy to the point that I couldn't play the game.

I wish dev implemented feature that can erase buy back item within 2 days
The latest patch notes adjusted what is kept in the buy back feature to help with performance.
