Sewal's Tomb?

So I walked into this tomb, it's at the drown village.

Killed some corpse eaters looted some stuff, and found a central chamber that has three undead just.. praying to a statue. They are marked as enemies, so I jump down (The front gates closed, can only jump dwon from the balcony)

And.. nothing? They ignore me, I can't hurt them I can't do anything it feels like some script broke.

Anyone know whats going on with this Tomb?

You'll notice the 3 zombies are marked as enemies but there is no collision at all on them. They are pretty much furniture here.

The place is tied to the main quest however, depending on your choices.
