Can you rotate the camera in 3rd person mode?

I would like to be able to see my character's face without having to open the inventory screen.

no the 3rd person mode is really bad just like it was in avowed in genreal nowdays it feels like they are just using defeult 3rd person mode in most of this kinds of games for to save money

I think the only way really is photo mode? 3rd person is just for people who get motion sick in 1st person, that was the reason it was added.
