"My Fair Lady" "The Word is Silent" - Cannot complete

It looks like devs in all their wisdom made the "Ragged Nobleman's Doublet" droppable/saleable item which you can find very very early on in the Miner's Tunnel for the "My Fair Lady" quest and the "Letter for the Word is Silent" quest which is also droppable/saleable .

In my case- i dont cheat so ive no clue if a game's item is quest sensitive or not... If its saleable - i do get rid of a lot of items - i didnt expect the doublet to be need 20 game hours later. Can the devs please fix these items so they become QUEST related and not droppable or saleable like other quests?

For now : Is there any cheats on how i can get these items?

There is more of these doublets in the game.

Check box near the guy who sells useless trinkets or box in Horns of the South under the walkway on the upper part near the lumbering spot

[Ogami]

There is also a cave in the very north of the act 1 map , west of the bear shrine.
"Eckarts Cave". There is a corpse inside that 100% wears that needed doublet.
