BALANCE PATCH COMING?! STOP NERFS, FIX BUGS!
So apparently there's a new "large patch" coming soon that will include "balance adjustments":

Later this week, we’re aiming to release a larger patch focused on:

VO and UI bug fixes,
Summon behavior improvements,
Balance adjustments,
Quest-related fixes,
Map collision (falling through the ground) and stability improvements,
Fixes for the display of Devil’s Snareand Mandrake,
Various misc fixes and improvements

Devs, please PLEASE stop screwing with the balance!

You've had a year of early access to get it right, and you still failed, but ENOUGH WITH THE NERFS!

I came back to release from the beta, to discover huge nerfs to everything:

Every stat now only gives +1% damage, instead of +10-15% previously;
Not only weapons, but also armor now has stat prerequisites, killing build flexibility;
Mage spells have lower damage, higher cost, and higher prerequisites;
Many skills have been nerfed;
Most relics have been nerfed, including build-stape Lifesteal relics;
Crafting has been nerfed (no recycling of items for resources anymore);
Etc., etc.

Meanwhile, the hitpoint bloat on monsters stays the same, the huge and illogical jump in difficulty from Act 1 to Act 2 stays the same, the useless merchants stay the same (where you can't just go and buy good stuff for your build even for a lot of money, they only sell crap), the nonsensical looting stays the same (the best equipment is hidden away at random spots in the wilderness, where you might never ever stumble upon it without consulting the wiki first), etc.

So yeah, the game's balance is out of whack, but considering your current trend to NERF things instead of FIXING them, please just don't touch it anymore and FOCUS ON THE DAMN BUGS!

Because there are so many ridiculous bugs, such as crafting items killing performance/fps, or the last area having its geonodes screwed up so player falls through terrain, or multiple quest/ability/item bugs - just fix those ASAP please so people can play the game normally!

Don't cry. The game is too easy on max difficulty, so they did a great job balancing it towards weakening broken things.

Summon makes me jumpscare right now, squeletons just spawn in front of you, is just gamebreaking but as for what you published the will correct this soon.
The game is indeed too easy in its current iteration. On veteran I’m rolling over everything in a couple of hits. Nothing can even dream to touch me with my 4 dashes. Max crit and sneak damage one shot everyone and even bosses with the thunderous great bow and the hundreds of wyrdbone arrows you basically get for free. And the stuff ? A 25% crit chance ring for bows ? what ??
Not only one but TWO dueling swords with 25% crit chance AND crit damage AND base damage increase ?
My god… I mean I’m god. I should point that I’m act 2 lvl 50.
another problem is that the bosses a waaaay too slow. By the time they finish their pitiful attack animations I’m 3 dashes back and next arrow is loose.
I’m not sure why it’s called veteran difficulty.
And I don’t even know why we have a story mode.
Tldr : games too easy even on veteran even with nerfs

Don't confuse the first ten levels with the rest of the game.

Game is unplayable early, Im quitting until they make it playable, every enemy unkillable without either cheesing it or spamming heals. And people call this the new Skyrim, you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ delusional

Absolute skill issue. I don't even need to record proof to the contrary because the game has blown up enough that you can see thousands of videos of other people not having problems.

The game is challenging enough. Not everthing needs to be the next Dark Souls. My god, just let me play a RPG for the experience for once instead of whining that it's too easy.

When every early enemy kills me in <5 hits and it takes me far more + I have to wait for the tiny amount of stamina to regen so you cant block anything, dogwater tier combat

oh yes , its amazing when my summons appear in front of me and push of a cliff,bridge,walkway . fallen to my death so many times , even mid fight when they respawn near you .

very true , they are not unkillable . challenging but not unkillable .

give those who can play the game a challenge. Can't handle the highest difficulty? Lower it. For me, the highest difficulty in the game is easy and either serious balancing or adding another level is required.
dude is crying cause the game may be too ez? Im glad this patch is being done, I want to buy this game but all the streamers and review keep mentioning and showing how EZ the game can be with the right build esentially making the game basically be on Story mode on all modes because of how strong you are. COHH stream and many others show him 1-3 shotting all enemies and it makes the game look dull. I was actually gonna make a thread discussing this because i want to buy the game but i dont want a game where i can just 1-3 shot all enemies due to OP items / builds

It's a pity that you didn't understand that the guy is playing a mage and mages are really bad, while swordsmen or archers get +10% or +20% damage, mages get a maximum of 5%.
the rod gives 45% damage, why do I need it? I have 200% without it, and my other hand is free. relics? are you kidding? 2% damage? and yes of course there is 40% for ice... but the spell seems to do too little damage. condition? this is a separate joke of the game.
and ofc stealth is broken. say nothing if you play stealth
