Help with quest item Ancient Theud Tablet

Hi, can someone tell me where do i need to go with this tablet because i found this item before i started talking with Vrell in Cuanacht and now i dont have any quest or localization.

i also found it right away before talking to the bookstore owner (forget name). when i came across bookstore owner she had a talking point about it but says i gotta keep carrying it for now. all the info i got atm

The goal is to take it to Dal Rieta blacksmith guys in southeastern part of the map. But I can't say if that'll work since quest might be bugged (some others got bugged like this for me).

Same, i got it before talking to vrell and she says that i have to continue carrying it to someplace telling me she put a marker on my map but i got no quest and no marker.

UPDATE: so i did end up using a save in which I had first found the tablet, but had not yet talked to Vrell about. I then got a quest from a guard on the bridge near bounty turn in area about a book for his wife. This quest led me to get a book from Vrell and give it to guard. then Vrell offers another quest, once u have done that one, to get back her lilianas lust picture book. After completing that quest she then will offer the quest about the tablet, the one I already had, and i talked to her then about it and it correctly continued the questline and i gave it to the dal rata smith. Hope this helps someone that is carrying around that 30wgt item

I got the tablet too before of the quest and now i am stucked at speak with Anselm/Vrenn, although it is signed that i have the tablet, i cant reload an old save because i did many things meantime... can i skip the talk here and there and go directly to give the item at final destination (stonekepeers/wardens dunno how they are named in english).

I tried to send a bug report ingame but keeps to fail.

Tried sending a bug report myself for this, also fails. Anyone have any luck figuring this out? Which NPC gives the starting quest in the chain?

not sine. the bounty guy for the named bad guys. hes next to the main kamelot captain

He's on the bridge above there (ie. look up from the bountry place). From the Stash crate you just look left and the bridge is right there. He's the one that wants a book about pregnancy for his wife.
