Max level?
I just hit 25 in horn area and just dont want to be max level before i get close to the end of the game.... getting ready to go to cuanauct

lvl25-30 is pretty normal for end of zone 1. Cant speak on max level though.

Welp technically max level in game is 900,000

no cap, no clue about the actual skills though increased through use

Skills are capped to 100. At least my one handed skill isnt improving anymore and I got an achievement for it.

Skills are capped everything else I think was mentioned is uncapped.
