Brotherly Love, who to turn the buckle to?

I got the belt buckle for the quest, talked to everyone in the target zone (the 2 guards, the two farmers, the two old people, the drunk in the cottage, and the two brothers with the horse), none of them have anything to say about the buckle.

It's the two brothers, but it's not an obvious "here is the buckle", it's deep in dialogue. A lot of quests in the second act are prompted after dialogue with people days later too.

Haha omg I’m having the opposite problem. I helped the brothers and was asked to find the buckle. I can’t find it though😅

You might have to wait a day or 2 in game, just build a fire and rest
