SPOILER ACT 2 Bug that can kill you if you use a respec potion

Hello, just a warning for those who are doing the quest "the heart that defies".

If you take the choice to use your own life to power up the heart of the blacksmith you get a -40 max health.

If you use a respec potion after this you will die.
My guess is that the game think your life is in negative or equal to zero if you use a potion with this malus.

Hi, I just tested it and it did not kill me. Though I used the +35 max life amulet and some +5 consumables before making the sacrifice, so that might negate it.

so i tried out both so far the only difference is you get more XP if you go and kill enemies to fill the heart iirc 4400xp for doing it the hardway 3300xp for giving up your health i guess it might take some time before something happens to him? will update as soon as anything new happens

update: if you did the kill 15 enemies Beor goes insane and is locked in the house (i didnt proceed so i dunno if it turns into a mission)

if you used your health to power the heart: he wants to make a weapon and asks you to get parts for him

dont know what the enemy option does, but fill it with your health he will give you quest to make a hammer, and unlock the option to romance with him. not that worth however, but an achievement pops up at the time i finished

I did the test again with ring +20 healt, trinket +20 health and after using the respec potion i dropped at 26 MAX hp , so i suggest indeed to equip some max health item before using it

Is the Hammer worth it? like what are the stats and is it one- or Two-Handed?
Im Currently not sure if losing 40maxHP is worth it
