Do not fall for the queen bee's lies
The bee queen is a liar, she is a con artist and a fraud.
She will claim you as her consort but treat you as a worthless pawn, then she will send you on meaningless errands only to give you more errands in return.
The queen is a golddigger who only wants you for your cobwebs, do not take her side, she will not be won over by your efforts, you cannot 'fix her' and in the end you will be nothing but a husk of your former self serving a false idol who sees you as nothing more than a dog.

I have finished her questline, I hoped she would change, that she would show me affection, that I would truly become her consort, but all she did was steal my time, devotion, and cobwebs.

It cost the life of an innocent man, one I took in the heat of passion without batting an eye.

the queen is dead, I killed her as I should have when we first met, it was the least I could do in honor of the man that I murdered, I only hope that the damage i have done was stopped now that she is dead, for if it has not... all this for a stupid hat... may all-mother have mercy on my soul.

basically just had the same events take place for me. spent like 30 minutes killing her, and got 10 honey

severely annoyed
Couldn't careless about love. It's a TRANSACTION! So, what you get from her for bringing her cobwebs?

you get the sword sting from her and its very nice. inflicts poison on hit and can just add more things to it to make it deal more dots. I have my relics dealing burn damage and +20% damage to burning targets and my ring makes all my hits automatically cause the target to bleed so i can stack 3 dots on the target if it lives long enough to trigger the fire or poison.

First reward for becamoning her "consort" is a sword and finishing the cobwebs (I think you need around 1750) you get a helmet.

Here's a video about it - https://youtu.be/9t9EPWE63gU?si=akXWl-X8xO0deACG

You dont need to side with the queen to get the sword. Both sides give it as a reward. The implications of it is kinda funny though.

I got this just by killing the dude. Didn't give her any cobwebs.

" I haven't agreed to anything yet" and she threatens me. Remind me my ex. 10/10.

I only went through it all for the helmet, cause it had great bonuses. After seeing though, I wish I hadn't. Game or not, I'm not wearing that ugly bloody thing no matter what bonuses it has...

There is a hide helmet toggle somewhat hidden in the options menu. All the way down under gameplay.

in terms of unique reward you get a new summon (apperently only 1 active)
pretty useless, still fun

overarching you bring about the dominion of the hive
what more do you want?

cobwebs are relatively easy to farm en masse. go to any location where there's a lot of enemies at around 6 PM (18:00) and kill off all of the enemies present, then wait for night (and the wyrd). wyrdspawn will spawn at all of the vacated enemy spawns, and they drop tons of cobwebs. they seem to be leveled enemies, at my level (early 30s) they're dropping 20+ per kill. they'll also spawn every night until the proper enemies for the location start respawning.

if you're being harrassed by the wyrd knight, he seems to leave until you change zones if you stay at range and spam ranged attacks at him.
