That sucks.
I guess I'll just leave him alone for now. I can't be bothered to whittle him down again like that. ;)
I made a few attempts while focusing on parrying and it was going pretty well - but he can even one-shot me with a shield bash. I always fail to see that one coming as I tend to focus on his sword. ;)
I haven't really decided what I like yet.
I'm level 9 and haven't spent any of my Attribute or Skill points yet.
Cant use his armor anyway but his attitude rubbed me the wrong way.
His gear is very interesting, due to the attribute requirements of other gear there isn't much better gear to get in act 1. Especially the additional properties are very good for melee fighters.
I kited him to death and let the bleeds do the rest. So far to me magic/spells is the way to go. Keeps you out of range of enemies, saves stamina for dashing,and spells hit decently hard so far in the early game.
