No. It does NOT have shader comp stuttering.
The game does have some stuttering, depending on our systems etc. But it's not shader comp related, except for one or two combat effects. In my experience stuttering happens in the game, but compared to even the best ue5 games, even the ones with 30 min long shader comp passes, it's far less prone to hitches. I would definitely recommend you lock the fps to a sustainable number though.

The reason i say this is because i've been tortured by shader compilation stuttering for years now, i'm always the one that complains about it. This is not such a case. The game does have stuttering, but it's not related to shader cache misses except for one or two combat hitches. There's like 20k shaders in this game, if it was shader comp related it would be happening in every thing you do.

Then what causes all the stuttering?
I played the Demo two days agao and it worked flawlessly. Yesterday the same Demo was a stutter fest. I uninstalled it and today I installed fresh 1.0 and I can't leave my cell right at the beginning cause the whole thing stutters as ♥♥♥♥....
I am ready to return this game and get my money back to be honest. It's unplayable.

I've been playing this is early access for years and I also experienced a fair bit of stuttering in the starting dungeon in 1.0. by the time i got towards the end of the dungeon and left into the open world it's improved a lot. I have a higher end system though.

Put it on easy mode, rush to the end and get to then open world (so you keep your refund window). right now in the starting area of the open world there's very few stutters for me.

I can barely move. And like I said. I played the demo two days ago and it worked fine.
Nothing changed in my PC in last two days. No updates, nothing and suddenly it's unplayable.

sounds really bad. I'm not sure why it's so severe for you. For me i just had a few single hitches. Perhaps try looking for the old config files and deleting the folders. try disabling dynamic resolution, etc.
also try switching between windowed mode, fullscreen, etc.
it is most certainly shadercomp stutter, but a vast majority of the shaders are used basically instantly, but any time you use a new type of weapon you will get a stutter with its attack the first time, same thing with seeing new equipment on NPCS.

Correct, it does not. At least not for me. I have had any stuttering at all.
