Official mod support post launch?
I know there are some mods already for this game but it would be cool to get a proper mod dev kit going now the game has launched. Games like this get a lot of longevity from an active modding community and this game has a lot of potential for some S tier mods.

not sure there are "mods already" it's the usual post launch reshade phase (i wish nexus had a "hide reshades" button. . i wouldn't mind my usuals like carry weight up or fast travel. We'll see.
also make the stealth visibility icon in the middle smaller so you can see what you're aiming at with the bow when sneaking.

I was covering my bases considering the response to these posts is usually "but there already is mods" regardless if it's just a basic reshade or a UI edit

You can add "reshade" to the omit tags to hide them. I got AI generated mods and the usual reshade crap and rarely does one sneak in when viewing mods.

If this game was just using base unity I'd agree with you but it's clearly using a fork of the engine thus exposing some elments of it for editing and there are unity engine mods to allow for HDR.

High on my mod list is a slower Day/Night cycle, weightless food, and maybe fixed lip sync visememes on NPCs... the current ones are pretty bad not gonna lie.

Unity absolutely supports HDR and has supported it for a while now. If anyone said that they were just making excuses. It's possible they don't want to upgrade the version of Unity they are using but I doubt there's any actual blocking problem other than work.
