i wouldnt expact werwolves n vampires in a classic way. the wyrdness does other stuff.
however there are indicators to similar stuff. during the prolog/demo, you might run into a woman with horns on her forehead. there is bloodmagic, life drain from living, live drain from teh dead,...
and there are some inhuman bosses, like bone tentacles on their back or red orbs as a head.
