a crow left of a murder pt2 quest line

Okay this does not say it continues in the next area. Or not available yet. But I believe it is in the next area on part 2. Though the quest leads you to abandon shack. Nothing and no one is inside of it.

If you are referring to the shack near where you meet the crows, if you walk up to the doorway, which ironically has no door, you can activate it and enter the house. There's still nothing inside, though.

That said there are quite a few quests that continue in the next area but are not marked as such. This is one of them I believe.

Well I found that any zones you zone into become ( by the marker) the spot for that npc. Though he is never there.
