Demo save file location on linux

Hello

I just finished the demo and bought the game. The fact i can choose "male" or "female" instead of the ridiculous body type alone makes it worth it.

Anyway, i would like to continue playing but the demo save file does not show up in the main game.

So, where can i find the save file?

I found the save data under gog in the following location:
/home/<user>/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1466060/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/GOG.com/Galaxy/Applications/54936139890379921/Storage/Shared/Files/Saved

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Questline\Fall of Avalon\##########\Saved

That is the main save location. I don't own the demo, but I'd imagine it would either be the same location, or a separate folder inside Questline named Fall of Avolon Demo or something similar.

When i disable cloud save for the main game it doesnt store the saved games there either.
I can't find a file resembling save data anywhere.

This could easily be fixed if they enabled cloud saves for the demo.

I just installed the demo and started a new save and it is there as well as my other ones. I have cloud saves enabled but it stores locally as well. The game asks me every time I boot it if I want to use local or cloud saves but they're always the same saves no matter which I choose.

Odd.

It's not there for me. Maybe that is because i play on linux though the location should be the same.
In the meantime i restarted which is quite annoying but as long as i can't find my save, i don't have a choice.

I found it.
It seems when the game is not run native it stores the save data under gog:
/home/<user>/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/1466060/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/GOG.com/Galaxy/Applications/54936139890379921/Storage/Shared/Files/Saved

I'll update my post in case someone else is searching for it too.
