Prison starting area has bosses.

After I remade my character and started again i found all new stuff a second time around. the NPC characters that go with you on the boat back in the later game are scattered around the place. You can trade a potion for a mana ring if u find the women near the body pit. Found a punchy boss with a spiked helm that reflects damage back at you. A two handed swordsman that uses fire to kill you that drops a great chest piece.
I wonder if there is any more hidden things in the starting area?

there are also some hidden chests in water outside once you exit the prison,some are rly good like 15% bow dmg ring
