My Main Annoyance so Far
My main problem with the game atm, if you take away the performance issues(I assume they will get better over time with hotfixes) is Blue gear bonus balancing.

Looted = War-Scarred Brigands Helmet + 1 Max Stamina,
Crafted = Weak Revenant's Cowl +10% Melee Damage, +10% Weak spot Damage.

Looted from mini Boss = Chest Plate of the Last Man +3% Melee Damage,
Crafted = Weak Revenant's Rib Cage +20 Melee Damage, +20% Weak spot Damage,

Who is balancing these things?

Also many bosses unique appearance armors, are just whites. Why? They need a better item enchanting system or something. Because half the interesting visually items have either Zero powers or powers so weak, it makes no sense in using them over Cheap easily crafted gear.

Either give us an ability to move gear powers to other gear of same slot or give us Transmog system. Because this ♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

Crating needs to be strong or else it becomes pointless,but i do agree that boss sets should be more interesting,maybe simply make the boss drops do different things,not just weaker version of crafted stuff
I'd say go the Unique route for boss stuff, make it about as strong as you'd expect from the area but have it have extra effects beyond what you can craft or add to your own gear
