I still have major issues beyond that. Upon starting a new character, the game seized up once the guard got an arrow to the neck, screen went black and never recovered.
The only way to get back in the game was to delete the save folder (again). I loaded up the save and thankfully it retained where I was. Problem tho, I tried overwriting the save and it got in to another one of those lovely infinite loops this game is great at doing. Essentially I could play the game, but the save icon just kept spinning in the lower right of the screen. Also, both Save Game and Load Game were grayed out.
Another time upon creating a new save, it would do an infinite loop of the "Saving.." screen. If I click enough things, the game will eventually work again, but that's how the Save/Load Game menus get grayed out and the game is eventually borked. Not sure if it will auto save in this broken state or I have to restart the game (having to delete the game save folder again as well).
I even tried creating a new character with new saves, at some point it gets borked. Either I get a prompt overlay that doesn't go away, save icon keeps spinning or the game crashes and I have to stop it in Steam.
Anytime I want to load the game, I have to delete the save folder, or it gets into the infinite loop of the load screen guy standing on bodies. I can't be the only one who's experiencing this loveliness..
