Game crashes everytime I speak to an NPC who has given me a fetch quest. If I don't have the item or enough of them (The sleeping potion or wood for the deck) game instantly crashes. But if I have the stuff I need, the game continues without a hitch.

it's crashing for me every time Daragh's drunk dad (in the seaside village) asks for alcohol,

Yeah confirmed, I saw this comment after I posted mine. I tried to reproduce my crash. but with the quest item in my inventory, and no crashing.
A lot less crash since 0.9b for me. But i play lower settings. Like I had 1 in the last 2h.

In the Queenbee quest, I chose violence and exiting the portal I got stuck in a blurry vision, couldn't move and it was displaying "Arthur memorize" or something like that but I was seeing/earing him or nothing. Save/reload fix it but I didn't have any new journal entry. So I reloaded before the quest and this time nothing happened when exiting. Wondering If I missed something there.

It is mentioned the seaside manor in the 0.9b patch note. Something about corruption. There is no change for me whatsoever. I am wondering If I missed to do something. I let the guy loose and bought the manor cheaper from the Lady and that was it. Nothing changed in it and I'm also wondering if you completely removed the previous plot twist on this manor (like in 0., there was a whole darker story to it).

There seem to still have quest that can get unfinishable if you advance other quests past certain stage, at least there is one I can name (carnation) but I'm thinking the anor one could be another. That some quest cannot be completed if you advance other before is not a problem necessarely, quite contrary in fact, it can had to the plot and replayability but said quest should go to fail tab and disappear from active. Like the stag quest that I failed and shows as such in the active tab but stay there and nothing in the failed quest tab.
If not mentioned already, I have one: When interacting with bonfires sometimes your character will move in place and when you exit it'll move you *far away* from the bonfire like almost queued movement?

+1 but on that. Just happened, so I would say only after 0.9b, never occured before nor did I saw it reported.
BUG: Tired Guard just keeps saying DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE? and i give him food and there is no choice to say no. I couldnt leave, or esc or anything so i had to just quit.

i don't think that's a bug. you give him like 10 things and he stops. he has the munchies because he just smoked up. or did you not have enough food to give him? i guess that would be a bug.

I killed the Queen Bee and I cannot get back to the world. The pointer shows up to head back to the portal, but it will not let me past
Mana regeneration keeps going to zero. Even resetting my build with a potion doesn't fix this; happens after the cutscene for the intro to "World To Win" ends.
Abhartach's Calling is bugged, doesn't heal the proper amount per second.
Character turns invisible and is unable to cast spells or attack with weapons. Seems to happen after the "A World to Win" cutscene with Breardin's speech and after ringing the gong in the subsequent quest. Save and reload seems to fix it?

During the tutorial area, when entering the statue, the loading screen freezes at 100% loading and the game becomes unresponsive.

I tried fixing this by verifying the install to no avail.

However, I did update the game from the previous version. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling which seemed to do the trick.
Since the patch 0.9b the prompt to enter the gates to Cuanacht is not showing up anymore. Cant progress the game
