Poi in Cuanacht

Since i dont find anything online or on wiki (warning, location spoilers ahead): anyone knows if the forgotten gate in the north can be opened someway? Also at the Ancient Beast, is there anything i might have missed? In the corrupted temple i also feel like i missed something. After looting the temple jail key from endboss in there i cant find the door that is unlocked with it?

The Temple Jail is in the basement of the temple in the main map, when you get in there, you'll see a bunch of locked cells

Were you able to complete the quest at the bottom of the Temple, which required the key and other item? I spoke with the guy, did the quest. Admittedly entered the Temple from the wrong side. I don't know if I sequence broke the game or if it's not fully implemented. I entered the new content early (I think??) and haven't been getting rewards or exp for completing quests

Edit: By early I mean my Shadows of the Horn quest is at "Find a way into the All-Mother's Temple" stage. From reading other posts. Mayhaps that has broken some quests

I did the quest, defeated the boss worm creature, and got the key. I open the door to the guy's jail cell, and he keeps pleading with me to end the creature. Even my journal says to end the creature when I already did. Even before I went into the area, the guy phased through the door to help me fight one of those dark priestesses in the jail area and then walked back to his cell.

Also, I saw that gate in the north as well. Lots of noise coming from it, yet I have yet to determine if it can be opened. The same with whether or not anything can be done with that elephant in the wall in the north. Must be unfinished content, along with that quest.
