Using An Xbox Controller

Where's the button mapping? I'm fumbling with some of the functions, like swapping the weapons loadouts on the fly that I've set up, or calling up the fast use wheel. I've seen these happen but I don't know how I did them. I'm only getting somewhat efficient gameplay with the controller as a result.
