Infinite load!

When starting a new game or starting the prologue at the bottom, the scroll bar reaches almost to the very end. And then nothing happens. I can relate this behavior to the fact that the game is in early access and I previously launched the game on a previous version. I tried reinstalling the game but it didn't help.
Please tell me, have you encountered this kind of behavior?

При старте новой игры или запуске пролога внизу полоса прокрутки доходит почти до самого конца. И далее ничего не происходит. Я могу связать такое поведение что игра в раннем доступе и я ранее запускал игру на предыдущеё версии. Я пробовал переустановить игру но это не помогло.
Подскажите пожалуйста сталкивались вы с таким поведением?

couple things to try
validate steam files.

disable cloud saves and then
go to %localappdata%low\Questline\Fall of Avalon\ [folder with numbers]\Saved and delete the Player prefs file
try launching again. if not send a bug report to the devs or join discord and share your game logs that you can find inside the above Fall of Avalon folder

I deleted files restart game and it works.
But i also waited more yhan 3 minutes/
