Best Friends Forever *SPOILER*

So I did the quest drinking buddies which leads to best friends forever. I told Berg to keep the remains because he's a baddy. Next step says to check on Kendal. When I go to Kendal and try talk to him it goes into dialog mode but then nothing happens. There's no dialog and I can't progress. I have to force close the game. Anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround?

I was able to complete the quest by telling him everyone makes mistakes and asking the ghost to leave him alone. Assuming the other option is bugged at the moment.

I ran into the same issue. Submitted a bug report about it.

I had the same issue, decided to finish the quest finding the true thief. Once I did that I was able to go back and finish this one.

Same issue. Tried to bug report it, but it kept failing. Good to know others have reported it.

I just finished that quest last night.
This time around I didn't give the guy on the shore the skull and the final kendal conversation I said I didn't care and was just the messenger...the quest gives like 900exp.

Heres what worked for me. Gave the skull to berg. Then went and talked to tadgan finley and berg again until all dialogue options were exhuasted (except lieing to finley) then confronted kendal

I was stuck talking to the ghost as well, but then tried this and it worked for me too! Thanks!
