Thanks for the info! I didn't find Sirja, so I'll go back and look for her
Stat wise, theres 2 that comes to mind. Theres the priestess set. Decent stat for a light set. The other one is the assassin set without the boots (not sur why the boots are considered heavy boots).
How do you get to pick up the quest?
Just to confirm that the assassin's set is still there - camp on the beach north of the sunken city, worn by an NPC assassin. However, I must say there are two things wrong with it: 1) the bonuses are minor (+3% sneak attack damage per item of clothing), 2) wearing more than three items from the set will push you over to Medium armor weight which carries significant penalties (unless you invest into skills that increase carry weight). Considering that the armor itself is classic light armor, this second point is particularly perplexing.
Still, it's a decent set, considering the other options available (none of which are particularly geared towards stealth).
There is no longer such a perk, so don't count on it. A light armor character isn't about tanking blows - you'll never have enough armor OR hitpoints for that. It's all about avoiding taking damage at all. So either ranged (easy), magic (medium), or stealth melee backstab (very risky, possibly worse than full melee warrior, as you will always be 1-2 hits away from death).
