Qwerty Inventory?

So, I took one look at this game and fell in love. I love everything about the style and the gameplay, but on Day 2 it asked me to eat nutrient paste. Ive done all the searching I can, some people say to talk to Qwerty and access his inventory, but talking to him only makes him beep and nothing about my personal inventory, the chest from the second day delivery, or anything I can think of changes. I went to the first three AR waypoints, I got the path unlocked and the relaxation area on day three, and nothing. Thank God I have an old save I can go back to when I get the answer. It’ll lose me progress but I don’t have a choice at this point

If you right click qwerty you should be able to select Talk, Open Chest, or Pet. Open chest gets you the goods (and you can use him as a little bonus inventory in a pinch). Space opens the same menu, but I dunno what the gamepad equivalent might be

I think it needs to be more clear where the nutrient paste is, I dunno I feel dumb but it wasn't until searching with google that I found the answer as to where the nutrient paste was.

Perhaps I was just distracted and missed the info along the way as to where it was. Also, didn't know this cat was a container XD

It should become available on day 2. It's a really bad experience for new players that this is not explained in the popup that says you should eat food

When I restarted with the update, I didn't see the option for his inventory till after he got broke and then later once fixed I found his inventory and the paste

Maybe the timeline was change from original with the update from before. So as with most things in the game, I think you just have to wait and they gave you the quest to eat paste before you could. Or maybe something got messed up in this case, but the option for me didn't show up till much later.

I've since uninstalled the game after a save breaking bug but yes, there is a later popup that tells you when you can access Qwerty. This is a truly unpolished mess of a game and the new player experience is especially bad.
