ECC mission cross contamination

The Expedition Control Center appears to only be able to handle one task at a time. I have assigned two missions at once and the cargo trucks overlapped visits while at the ECC and the routes appear to have been switched.

The cargo truck with my parts for the Laser Cannon are en-route to a contract delivery site and my cargo truck with the cargo for my contract appear to be stuck in the ECC.

I cancelled the cargo truck heading to the wrong destination and now I can't re-assign it. When I attempt to re-assign the mission/deliveries the game thinks that all material have been assigned and I'm not unable to undo this. Both tasks are now really messed up and I can't seem to find a way to undo it.
