I can't replace it by another human.
Obviously, we cannot buy a new copy of the human who died.
And since it's my first game I took the time to see if I couldn't unblock the situation by launching another expedition to the same place. By the time I had a second vehicle for testing, I was no longer able to remember which backup was the most recent before launching this disastrous expedition.
As a result I started a new game since a whole part of the game is blocked with no chance of unlocking.
The inability to cancel an expedition, that is not linked to a commercial contract, is not bad design. This is a major problem. I hope this is just temporary and they will allow expeditions to be canceled and send another expedition before the end of an expedition.
For this issue, that should have been fixed in the patch 0.93.20. If your colonist died on expedition after the patch 0.93.20, it would be really helpful if you could add your save files to our discord bug-board. This way we could figure out the reason and fix it faster
I didn't note the version number when it happened. But I must not have been lucky. The game updated when I left it. If I believe the update announcements, I was probably in 0.93.18 when this bug happened to me.
Ask me how many times I have reloaded an old save!!! I have done this so many times in this game and you know what? I have only ever done it this many times for The Crust than any other game except in the early days of Satisfactory.
So get used to it...more importantly learn to embrace it as an opportunity to redo shiz and get it better...or just quit now!
Start checking the POI's on moon surface. The mats needed are gotten from one of them
No... i need blue energy capsules, and they are in no POI or on the market :-(
And yes there is a POI that has blue energy cells. You send a truck to pick them up. You get 6 energy cells from that POI. The contract is for 4 energy cells. Still you should never take a contract if you don't already have the mats, or you cannot buy them.
