Contracts menu "SYSTEM DAMAGED"

I think this is due to starting the save before the release patch was released. Not there is some compatibility issue

I think you need to research Market Place before this works. Word of advice don't wait until to late or you won't have enough green science to research it and the game then is over!

I have researched the market and can sell and buy materials but have no access to contracts because I have a "system damaged" message.
Dont know what to do, a YT video shows that we get a mission to fullfill the first contract but nothing happend.
I had not loaded... I buy the game and play it all evening!

Ledger will show up with contracts once you complete the room fully (all the way to lab) and may require finishing the hope 2 quest as well. (I finished that fist and the room second and he showed up right after). However, as yet all he gives me are occasional contracts that he picked out for me (his quests) and I still cannot access the available contracts page. (It doesn't say system damaged anymore though). I am hoping that once I finish all his contract quests that I will be allowed free choice on the normal ones.
