Anyone else unable to create new belts for no reason?

Yea i have that bug on a regular basis, especially when dismantling structures that are connected to belts, like old miners and refineries etc.
You can't build any conveyors or change existing ones, the game enters the conveyor menu, but when selecting any type of conveyor and trying to place it nothing happens.

Of course you need enough money, But the game actually lets you spend stuff into the red, so that can't even be an issue at the moment.

To fix this, simply save & reload or try to dismantle some Belts - i often forget small parts of belts in areas that i've done some dismantling - after i've also sold them the building mode works properly again without reloading.

Next time it happens, i'll take some screenshots and send you a seperate save file, it doesn't happen all of the time and as mentioned - after reloading everything works fine again, so i doubt that you'll see anything after loading the save file.

Ok didn't take long, and strangely enough - this time it happened after reloading.
So to recreate this:

In the thumbnail of the save File you'll see 3 smelters, ive used the universal dismantle tool on them to deconstruct them, also one of the steel smelters left from them (the middle one i think)
The bug didn't happen then, so i reloaded my original save file from before the dismantling and voila, the bug suddenly appeared.
I can confrim that the left mouse is still working, i could place an utility pole without problems, but even after that, left click in the conveyor build menu does nothing.
I'll send you the 2 save files and the screenshots.

What also seems to trigger the issue is the belt upgrade tool from the belt menu, applying the upgrade to a whole path using shift triggered it as well, normally i select a belt piece and use the upgrade symbol there, that never bugged the build mode for me so far

The idea that building miles of belts will only require money (0 resources needed) shows the general silliness of this game. Technology is built on copper. Copper is completely ignored - might as well continue the silliness by letting humans breathe vacuum.

Have began a fresh game, I have researched it, i have 110.000 credits, the Kampagne say I should build belts - no chance.

I have try at ground, at the buildings extracting points... (~10.000 play houres in Factorio, Dyson Sphere program, Foundry, Satisfactory... - but that I cant not build a single beld - Yes it is the first time I play the game and yes sometimes I am stupid but if I can Factorio play with 160 mods in a super crazy hard Modpack, maybe it is just a bug - thats the first game that I cant place a beld LUL).
