The 'regolith' is broken down into the percentages as reported, there. You'll want to send this regolith through the Multi-Regolith refineries to fully extract all the goodness.
So this is just a dev oversite where it shows e.g. titanium on the MDR selection but when it mines it only shows as Rare earths and regolith ?
also you need to set your cargo receiver outputs as rare earth minerals don go to a regolith refinery, so one or more conveyors to multi regolith refinery and one or more to rare erth minerals storage.
As some already mentioned, it does mine the oxides, but it's mixed in with other stuff in regolith, which you'll need to refine.
Instead of sticking to your perceprion of how it's supposed to work and pointing to the dev for an oversight, consider that you might have assumed wrongly the workings of, in this case, the MDR, oxides and regolith.
Just to say. "My" perception of how it was to work was based upon the selection boxes for different ore types on the MDR. Now i know how thins thing works, i can deduce that the MDR oxides shown are the yield potential of the area, which is shown on the moon map from the rovers scans anyway. Perhaps the info for MDR function and how to use correctly is detailed in the tutorial, which i never done, just jumped into the DEMO that from which i then purchased full game and went from there.
