In Anno you are trying to satisfy the needs of people to increase the population and by doing that make more products. Here you find and dig up the resources and use those to make products. Your population does not matter (aside from the speed boost it can give you) so they are quite different games. I would say Anno is harder, just because your people are demanding and require you to balance your productions better to succeed, but maybe someone else has a different opinion.

In anno 2205 the moon projects are all expensives and hard to maintain that is why you have to get more income from temperate climates and in anno 2205 moon is the objective about the energy crisis on earth.
Here in this game you are only on the moon , by the stage i reached in the game there is only building and ressources management , crédits didn't drop by themselves for now and the trade is easy to do but has some needs that you don't have a lot of time
IMO the response about your question is No by far , this game is easiest than the moon bases of ANNO 2205
