Cant research "License for Tender System", no points being produced in social.

i assume sandbox?
open the commerce center - switch to the last tab on the top - "CRUST Solutions" and switch to "science points" order a social-research deal there
done ;)

If you are playing sandbox, you can buy Social research points in the Crust Solutions shop, last tab in the Commercial center.

If you are playing a storymode, you have probably this shop closed at this point of the game. But there is a Private Lab just below your base, on the global map level. Send your rover there to buy some social points

You can also receive social science points completing some of the side quests and tasks on the moon.

Nope storyline. I went back to earlier save and while theres 60 social points being generated, now there is none of the "blue points" so i cant research Landing pad.

if you are in storyline, you need humans + lab, or a contract which gives social research as payout
so, you hopefully spent the points that were granted to you through the storyline on getting access to the contracts ;)

a little bit of fundamental and engineering points are generated when your Rover is moving on the Moon

ah, well that's where i went wrong. 1st game it was impossible to complete the contract for machine parts, so i restarted and held back on the landing pad, and contracts tech.

Thanks for advice on the lab, but its a bit bugged, when u open it for 2nd time it wants to do same research but when u click back it closes and now i'm having to wait for timer on lab to reset again. Also thx for tip on rover moving generating points.
