salvage multiple items?

I tried to click item, salvage, and click item salvage, over and over and over again. I had to quit the game. I have nerve damage in my hands plus severe arthritis. Is there a way I can drag a box over all those stupid pieces of items that need to be salvaged all at once? If I am missing a setting I am sorry, I didn't see any way to select multiple items to salvage.

Select salvage tool ==> Hold Shift ==> Click things or hold down mouse and hover over them

I know how to click them, I was wondering if there was a way to drag a box over a bunch to select MANY 1 try. Then 1 click salvaged.
I have severe arthritis and Diabetic neuropathy. I have too quit the game, come back later do more until the pain and hands stop functioning, and quit repeat.

While this doesn't answer OPs question; I have similar issues in many games. What worked for me and might work for others is a vertical or 'Hand Shake' mouse - it significantly reduced the pain and swelling for me.

Thank y'all. I'll skip the Story campaign for now. Sandbox is much better.
Maybe my granddaughter will click them all for me. hehe
