Ice, Ice-melter, water tank, etc

I've built my ice collector over an ice node and shipped ice to a local building's ice melter and it's melting ice into water. I built a large water tank next to it BUT nothing goes into it. What am I doing wrong? tyvm

That should be working. Do you have things in the room that are using the water first? Like farms, electrolysis machines, and such? And the room is powered I am assuming?

is the room finished? i built those next to each other and it was not until all the walls were connected and the floor done that it actually started to fill up.
like the air thing keep saying no power until the room completed, my fault i tried to plan ahead and built a huge room to begin with.

I noticed after a recent patch that O2 and water generation seems broken for some reason. All the proper equipment is in place but the O2 and water storage are not filling.

I didn't have the walls plugged in! I didn't know that was a thing. Researching the electric panel now. thanks!
