Room Loses Power
I suddenly lose power in habitat. The room is completely closed and everything is working. There should be enough power in the grid to run everything. It just stops working and everything shows up as unplugged.

I'm having the same issue... I have a relatively large surplus from my batteries with large and small battery mix running off of medium solar panels. I've even added a 'second grid' with a pair of RTG's and plugged that into the backside of another habitat distribution panel. My electrolysis module and ventilation systems are still down and it's killing my colonists.

The problem occurs when you perform construction on an interior wall. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. In the mean time, work on interior walls in small segments and make sure you have enough resources to complete the work to minimize the down time, otherwise your people might die.

I don't know why this happened, but loading up a previous save file seemed to fix the issue.
Having the same issue with multi-rooms

In multi-room power outage is the whole living space affected, or does a door between the main area and the area where the wall is going up help? If ONLY working on an interior wall (construction or deconstruction) does it also happen?

When you build a new wall within a walled area or even tear a wall down within an area, the floor gets removed. this destabilize's the entire structure until fixed. Is a good way too off those pesky colonist. I think I will do that when I log in next, my colonist are driving me nuts and I have no way to fire them
