is helium-3 already in the game or not? as i seem not to find any helium-3 in icewater.

awesome they need power cells for the mission but i need helium for the power cells. If helium isn't in the game, why is there a mission in the game where helium is needed? My Cargo truck is waiting in the dispatch control center, blocking the next load. and the mission cannot be cancelled.

Helium and Energy cells are not in the store. At least I don't have them there

Oh and you can disassemble the depot and rebuild it. That should clear it? Maybe?

There is a POI that has enough power cells for that mission. You just need to find it.

If your game save is from July, it will not work with current version of game. Older games were patched out. So this is mute point anyways.

In your new game, don't take power cell delivery contract. Until after you find and recover the power cells.

Happened to me and it didn't seem to want to disassemble, perhaps because the truck was inside?
