I guess it would have been appropriate for the developers to just make the colonists immortal until this issue is resolved, because I basically threw away over 6 hours this way.
but after save/load items for craft medicine nanotubes or smth just dissapear from planet map and replaces with new resource ones
research hire colonists and keep buying new ones lol
some people may associate game characters with real people. And not everyone can do such an inhumane act as using people as a resource.
Why isn't the game notifying you that the colonists have a problem? There is nothing in the journal that indicates that they died or why they died.
Why are the colonists dying? I have discovered an issue with my game. They are starving to death, even though there is 289 food available. The thing is that food is lying on the surface, for some reason, perhaps from a expedition. It appears the colonists will only take food from the kitchen. It also appears that the colonists will not take organics from the garden to the kitchen to make food,. Maybe the refrigerator will solve this issue, but I don't have the tech yet.

Put on the CEO hat and 'imagine' the people that died as 'contract ended' they returned to earth. (In a coffin.)
