Report a translation problem
Could be something from the recent patch that caused this.
1. you connected the conveyor belt from the smelter or whatever is that other machines name, and not from the extractors direction. Hence where you start from the conveyor belt will give the direction to it. But arrows are also hinting that. (most certainly this is the issue)
2. on the extractors's menu the output option is turned off. By default is on, but I think you tried to fix it and now its turned off.
3. you do not have enough energy, even batteries are showing its full, during night time, if your batteries wont cover the whole energy needs of your "settlement" its turning off (in my opinion random machineries). You can prioritise some so it wont be effected by this silly automation.
