how do I get people?
I have a place setup and ready to house them but not sure how to get a few...

Work down the Social tree three techs 1 over from the rightmost stack. It's the one that's 3 techs deep. The third one lets you hire. It took me a while to find it because the second one said WIP so I figured it wasn't an important line of research.

It does say WIP when you hire your first person... so expect bugs
